What this is. New Entrant Audit is a one-page self-assessment tool for motor carriers: a driver-file checklist in the three compartments the rules require, on-the-spot date checks, a scored rehearsal against 49 CFR §385.321(b), a printable audit packet, and a corrective action plan builder. This software rehearses your audit and flags what an auditor would flag. It does not certify compliance, and it is not the audit. FMCSA decides. Nothing in the product is legal advice.

Not your agent. The tool never files, submits, or speaks to FMCSA or any agency for you. The packet and the corrective action plan draft are pages you print, review, and submit yourself, in your own name.

Your statements. Rehearsal statements are your own words, treated as statements — never as documents. You are responsible for their truth, and for the accuracy of every record and date you enter.

One payment. $119, one time, flat per carrier for up to 10 drivers, paid through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The payment opens the tool page; the page is the product. Keep the page address the way you would keep a receipt — and print or save your packet in the sitting, because the page keeps nothing when you close it.

Your records. What you type into the page never leaves your browser and is never stored by us — there is no account and no database of your drivers on our side. The printed or saved packet is your copy of your work.

Rules change. The rehearsal dataset is re-verified against the current text of Parts 382, 385, and 391 on a quarterly cycle, and every verdict surface carries its "Rules checked November 2026" stamp. A stamp is a diligence statement, not a promise that a regulation has not changed since.

Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. The audit decision belongs to FMCSA; no outcome is promised or implied.
